the best way to stay updated on upcoming drops, releases, and product launches is to sign up for OKKA's email list on the website.
you can also follow along at @okkagolf on instagram for the latest updates.

i always send out detailed information via email before a release — including product photos, pricing, and size charts. OKKA's instagram is also a great place to keep up with any previews or updates.

no sir. all items are available first-come, first-served when they launch.

all orders sent in australia are free.

for my international amigos, all orders over $200 sent internationally are free.
(except my US frens, i'll explain below)

all international orders under $200 will have a standard flat fee of $30 applied to your order. orders are posted on western australia business working days only.

so just to reiterate: order over $200? free shipping worldwide (except USA).

and my US frens: i'm getting reamed here by tariffs. shipping costs to the US now include the tariffs i have to pay, and they ain't pretty. for orders up to $200 a flat fee of $75 will apply. this includes both the shipping cost and tariffs i need to pay via Zonos. so no duties to be paid upon delivery/arrival for you. and as order sizes go up, the fee scales. it's sucks i know. but i legit have no other options at this time.

please note - i hand screen print tees and as such are a print to order product. i don't keep pre-printed stock on hand, so your tees are freshly printed for each order. please allow up to 5 days for this product to be printed and dispatched.

note shipping times are only a rough guide.

perth metro region – 2-3 business days
regional wa – 4-7 business days
interstate metro regions – 4-7 business days
regional australia – 5-10 business days
new zealand – 7-14 business days
international – times vary, but expect at least 10 to 25 business days.

again, please note that during busy drop periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. i print to order and take special care with every print. so i apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

i ship to most destinations around the world and use Australia Post for all orders.

please note: i do not deliver to international po box addresses.

in some countries, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OKKA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

if your order hasn’t shipped yet, email me ASAP and i’ll do my best to fix it. if the order has already been fulfilled, i'm unable to make changes.

the final price is fixed and will be charged in AUD (australian dollarydoos). the amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.
