Welcome to my operations bible.
Yes, actions speak louder than words.
But writing and codifying this aims to increase my accountability.
And hopefully you can find something useful for yourself too.

If you’re confused about what I’m doing here, I’m starting a golf brand, OKKA.
OKKA’s goal is to create golf gear that I love and want to wear.
On and off the course.
Expectations for OKKA
- Delight customers. Like, truly fucking delight them.
- A brand is a promise. Deliver on it!
- Be authentic, open, and honest. Always.
- Build a first-class business in a first-class way.
- Remember I am a human being writing and interacting with other human beings.
- Promote the Aussie golf lifestyle.
- Grow the game of golf and people’s love for it.
Expectations for myself

David Ogilvy inspired a lot of these in case you noticed
- Drive the standards. Frenetic energy.
- Never settle for second-rate effort and performance.
- Blaze new trails.
- Never avoid excess. Avoiding Excess in all things is a recipe for dullness and mediocrity.
- To cultivate and flaunt my eccentricities.
- To soak myself in research so I never stop studying and improving.
- To find peers who share my unrelenting drive to achieve excellence.
- To steal from the best.
- DON’T BUNT! Aim out of the park. Aim for the company of immortals.
- Enjoy it. I want to be happy whilst I’m living because I’ll be a long time dead.

Greatness and comfort rarely coexist.
