note: hip circumference refers to the waistband across the top at full stretch. length refers to the top of the waistband down to the bottom of the short. for reference, i'm roughly 191cm tall and 95kg, with a ~104cm lower waist (where the top of my shorts sit) and i wear a large. i could wear an XL if i wanted a baggier fit, but then i would need to wear a belt and i'm not about that life.
